Packaging Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify products according to customer orders.
• Pack books and other products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure the correct items and quantities are included in every shipment.
• Inspect products for quality before packaging.
• Label and prepare packages for dispatch according to courier requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock organization when required.
• Follow company packaging standards and operational procedures.
• Help achieve daily order fulfillment targets while maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum HSC.
• Previous experience in packaging, warehouse operations, inventory, or e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing and handling packages throughout the workday.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team.
