Job Description
Wafilife.com is one of Bangladesh's leading online bookstores and e-commerce platforms, serving thousands of customers across the country. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide timely assistance, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of handling customer interactions professionally across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, refunds, and product information.
- Track customer orders and coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the WafiLife website or mobile app.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting response time and service quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or a related role (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
